TJSoftware is focused on helping people with websites, mobile apps, and everyday IT support. I build apps and also help individuals and small organisations create simple, useful websites that they can understand and manage themselves.
Website Help
Many people have little knowledge about starting and creating a website. I believe I can help them understand the process and create a website on their behalf.
I have knowledge of Wix, which allows people to set up and manage their own websites. I can build websites for others and, once completed, the customer can own and update the website themselves.
Some website developers keep control of a website for ongoing upkeep, which can become a problem if the developer or organisation stops operating. My aim is different: I want customers to feel that they have full control of their website once I have finished building it.
I can also offer a payment service for advice, support, or keeping an eye on a website, while still making sure the customer has control over their own site.
App Development
Another part of TJSoftware is app development. I build mobile apps and publish them for users to download and use. These apps may include useful tools, games, or services designed to help people in simple and practical ways.
IT Support
TJSoftware can also help with IT support, including troubleshooting problems people have with their computers and giving advice to those who have very little knowledge about technology.
This can be especially helpful for older people who may find it difficult to use computers or understand online services. There are also many scams online, so having someone trustworthy to talk to can make people feel safer and more confident.
